4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will receive a full refund minus processing fees.

2. Cancellations made within 15–30 days will receive a 50% refund.

3. Cancellations made less than 15 days before the event are non-refundable.

4. Failure to attend the event does not qualify for a refund.

5. Code of Conduct

All attendees are expected to behave respectfully and professionally. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

The organizers reserve the right to remove any participant who violates these standards.

6. Liability and Disclaimer

The event organizers are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the event. Participation is at your own risk.

We may modify event details including schedule and speakers. Updates will be shared via official email notifications.

7. Privacy and Data Usage
